Hi, Dear team this is the second time i am giving complaint against tata docomo that this peoples are charging extra bill with the customers. Last month i have given complaints with your team and i got solution from tata team. But for the month of november the same problem i am facing again. 2 months back itself i tried to port my number i got a call from tata side and offered me a 99rs plan and told i will be having 500 free min and 1 gb 3g data. And i agreed to continue in the same network. For the oct month i got a bill of 2000rs i raised a complaint and i got a discount of 1700rs. And again for the month of nov tata team had charged me 575 rs bill and they are forcing me to pay the bill. I even raised a complaint for customer care and tata people have called me back and made me to wait for 45 min and telling me that i am not having internet pack in my number. 2 months back only i got a offer from tata and now these people are telling no internent pack is activated in my number.
