[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Tata Docomo wrongly deducted my main balance of Rs430 | |||
Hello Sir, I am raising this complain as Tata DOCOMO Customer Care refused to take a complain regarding my concern. Tata docomo deducted my main balance 430 Rs without any prior information/intimation for Internet browsing even i have active Internet pack and still have 3.39MB Internet balance. When i called to customer care, the representatives (Name said: Udai K) refused to take a complain regarding my concern and given me false promise that my 430 Rs will be refunded within 24Hrs but its more than 40 Hrs and there is no communication from Tata DOCOMO. I have the total conversation recorded with me. My Number is: [protected]. Now my request to Tata DOCOMO is, please return my main balance Rs 430 back to my main account. And also you should provide damage/compensation charge to me for my 2 business day cost as the issue is happening because of your system problem. Please respond to my mail immediately.
