I was using Tata Docomo with account number[protected]. Then I opted to quit it within 2-3 months. Tata Docomo 1st forced me to pay for full year. After I refused, I received a call from Kormangala, Bengaluru branch with someone named NAGARAJU over the call, asking to me to just pay a settlement amount of INR 4000. And he told me that he will send a settlement letter after payment. Afterwards he stopped receiving the call. I did not receive any settlement from Tata Docomo. Then I started getting calls again for full payment for 12 months, whereas I used it barely for 3 months. I filed several complaints with latest complaint number[protected]. There are too many similar other customer complaints against Tata Docomo for the same. http://www.consumercourt.in/…/92375-tata-docomo-issued-lega… Tata group may be great but tata docomo is actually behaving like fraud and unprofessional.
