Consumer Name: N Subrahmanya Varma Number: [protected] Problems: 1) Very Low Speed 2) Device Over heating 3) No connectivity 4) TATA PHOTON Complaint website not working I have purchased TATA photon max on[protected] but to my dismay I have started getting problems from the 1st day itself like no connectivity and very low speeds. Although I registered a complaint with TATA photon company on their customer care number [protected] on 27/06/2015 with Service Req No:[protected], they said the problem is going to get resolved in 2 days but the response was terrible. I have registered a complaint again on 1st July 2015 with service req No:[protected], they said the problem is going to get resolved by 3rd July but it has not been resolved yet. Also, it is to be noted that the company has removed the webpage for Complaints as attached. It has been a terrible experience so far. Please resolve my issues at the earliest.
