[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Tata Photon plus slow speed and worst customer care | |||
I request and advice to everybody not purchase any Tata Photon subscription Hi, I belong to Delhi in Bhai Parmanand Colony, Delhi -110009. I purchased annual pack to Tata Photon plus which promised a speed of 3.1 mpbs but I never get this speed infact I'm getting speed of 125 kbps. When I register complaint to Tata photon customer care they neglect my case and didn't given any resolution for 3-4 months. After hard follow up they send an engineer to my home after 4 months and he examine that its a network issue and can't be resolved. I got a call from Tata Phonon network deptt that I can't get more speed and their network is fully occupied, to which I reverted to refund my money as I'm highly dis-satisfied and frustrated with their attitude. Now Tata photon is not giving any revert to my queries and they close the case without informing me and whenever I contact their call center my concern is not address.
