Tata Docomo — Tata Docomo Wifi Refund within a month, false promise

I purchased Tata Photon Wifi on 16th January. I did not get signal at my home, their company people checked 3 times in a week for signal at my home it did not work. They say it money back guarantee within a month. I requested money back within a week on 24th January. The store people gave me receipt, and they said you will receive refund cheque at your home. After chaising them from last 6 months and writing 15 to 20 mails on their customer care mail id [protected]@tatadocomo.com. I get only two replies one is automated mail saying I will get reply in 3 days, another mail is from some one saying sorry for the delay we are looking into your query. what they are looking into it, I did not understand in this 6 months huge time. When I go to the Tata Docomo Indira Nagar store from where I purchased the device and ask for refund they say they are not responsible. While selling device and collecting money they are very happy and most responsible. But while refunding the money they are not responsible. I am feeling mental harassment on this is nobody is providing me proper response and not refunding my money. I have the last hope here. Please let me know if you can help me on this issue. I have complaint with appellate officer, Tata Docomo Bangalore, but he promised me to look into the case and then no reply after that as usual. It is like all people are like the same, they write the reply once and then they never turn up. It seems Tata Docomo is also corrupted like our Netas! They are not willing to pay me back.
