[Resolved] Tata Docomo — TATA WALKY incoming call problems[protected]

Dear Sir, I am facing problem in incoming calls on my tata walky phone no.[protected] since last 90 days. i made complaint of it more than 15 times on 121 calling and more than 5 times on [protected]@tatadocomo.com but complaint is not resove till date. now a planned to filed a case in consumer court of pune before that its a final step. please resolve my problem.
