[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Unable to disable flash mesaages

Please disable Flash Message from my phone. i am unable to locate the setting for disabling Flash message from my Iphone 4s.

I have tried below
Settings-Phone-SIM Applications
Here I don't see any option for Flash Message

Even Tata Docomo Customer care wasn't able to help me out.

These flash messages are very annoying and hangs my phone every time.

We tried to speak to you personally on your number to understand your concern. However, I am unable to contact you as the call was disconnected from your end. We would like to inform you that you can get the last 30 days outgoing details (calls, data, value added service deductions, recharges) for your number through the prepaid bill by sending an SMS as PREPAIDBILL <space> <EMAIL ID> to 121 from your mobile number. Please be informed that an amount of Rs.25/- will be deductable from the main account balance for this facility. Hence, we request you to maintain minimum balance of Rs.25/- before sending the SMS. Kindly note that there is no facility of providing the incoming call/SMS details from our end.
