Tata Docomo — Unable to recharge photon plus dongle | |||||
Hello, I am using Tata Photon Plus (CDMA) dongle since a long time (around December, 2013 if I remember correctly), the number is [protected]. However, I haven't recharged it since many months. Today when I tried to recharge it by visiting the Docomo website, I was told that the number was not valid. Can you please let me know the status of my photon plus dongle? Thanks for the reply, but there seems to be some mistake, I've never raised any service request to disconnect, and nor do I receive any bills (mine is a pre-paid dongle). Please check your records and activate my dongle if possible.
