[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Unauthorized charges has been deducted

Today i have received from tata docomo that amount of 247 Rs. has been deducted from my balance. when i contact customer care they have replied that there is a company policy that when your data balance is less than 30 mb then company reserve those data.

i have a voice call and once my call is completed there is still 3 mb data left in the balance. but as senior customer care executive responded that company reserve the data and due to that your main balance has been deducted.

the there will not be any consumer in the world who would be knowing that company will be doing such things. one more thing is i have never been alerted that if your data balance will be less than 30 mb then charges will be applied from main balance.

i have used data properly and i still have data left in my account so the amount of 247 rs would be refund to my account as soon as possible.

We tried to speak you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as the number was not contactable. We would like to inform you that upon checking thoroughly with our records your balance of Rs.247.30/- has been deducted as you have surfed multiple sites (3 sessions) at the same time on dated[protected] at 01:16PM as you have used 34498KB Data and the same cannot be refunded. Kindly note that when data balance in the account is less and volume of the content browsed (size of the website) is more than the available data balance, hence for the data usage you will be charged from the main balance at 10P/10KB.

Yes I do. and once i received a message of balance deduction. there were more than 3 mb balance left in my data pack. how is that possible your data balance is already there and you are paying from my balance?

until and unless my balance goes empty it should use from those data only. you can check in your system that 3 mb data was available till 12th march 2016.

and i have never been told by tata docomo that if my balance goes below 30 mb in data pack it will automatically start deducting from main account.

so please help
