[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Unauthorized post paid charges by Tata Docomo postpaid | |||||
I took two postpaid numbers 888xxxxx12 and 888xxxxx13 on GSM 199 plan in July 2016. But wrong billings started appearing for 2G packs on one number for Rs.499/- in Sep16 and againRs.999/-in Oct16. I made calls and followups to deactivate and cancel the services, but instead on cancelling they were changing my tariff plan each time. This frustration led me to cancel 888xxxxx12. This didn’t stop there as I continued another number. Situation worsened in Nov 16, with another wrong amount of Rs.299/- inspite of hours of followups. Totally frustrated and I now placed a request (with Nodal officer) to completely close all my ties and relationship with Tata Docomo with immediate effect. Was this information helpful? | |||||
