[Resolved] Tata Docomo — UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE BY TATA TELE ( TATA PHOTON PLUS SERVICE ) | |||
I am a cheated customer of TATA PHOTON PLUS SERVICE. My subscription for Tata photon service is 3G @ Rs.650/- month, and the connection speed should be 3.1Mb/s DL & 1.6Mb/s UL. My billing cycle is from 30th of one month to 29th of next month. From 11/11/14 onwards, my connection speed had been reduced to ~100Kb/s. On enquiry, I got the information that the usage exceeded the 3G limit & hence the speed reduction. I am attaching the screenshot taken on today 18/11/14, which still shows the usage is 2160MB ( ie ~2GB ). The Day wise usage details also shows extremely high values, which are not actually consumed. It is an illegal & unethical business practice from TATA photon to reduce the speed and sell the BOOSTER PACK to the customer. Kindly ensure that the speed of my connection is restored to the committed speed with immediate effect. Was this information helpful? | |||
