[Resolved] Tata Docomo — unnecessary,activation of keeda pack | |||
I am using [protected] tata docomo no, and i am charged for this keeda pack, without my concent.My internal balance and special balance is deducted for this waste keeda pack.This pack was activated on 11sept14, and i called customer care today18sep14, when i checked my phone today and there is no balance in it. customer care said they would not refund my balance... i want my balance back... Please be informed that, the balance deduction is due to the value added service which was active on your number. This has been activated on 18-Sep-14 from your handset.

The above mentioned service has already been deactivated on your number to avoid any more deductions. It will get deactivated within 30 minutes.
