[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Unwanted deduction of money | |||
Dear sir, My name is Donald my tata docomo prepaid number is [protected] yesterday[protected] night suddenly rs. 25.45 has been deducted from my account and today morning i got a message quoting "Unlimited at 75 is extended at Rs 25.45 for 11days.Bal:Rs1.01 at 16-Dec-14 22:12.To stop, Dial or SMS STOP to 155223(Free)" from "TA-HUWWAP". I didn't activated any such service, this is the second time happening to me previously in similar case i lost rs.40.5 but it got refunded after i submitted a complaint here . Please suggest me a solution to get my money refund. As a customer this kind of experience was disgusting. I hope that I'll get a solution for this. Please make sure this wont happen again to me, otherwise i have to find a solution to avoid wasting my money regards. As per our discussion over the call regarding Balance deduction, we regret for the inconvenience caused to you.
In this regards, would like to inform you that as per checking our records we found that the amount of Rs. 25.45/- has been deducted from your main balance is due to the activation of a VAS service (Hungama) on your number.
However, the deducted amount of Rs. 25.15/- has been credited in your account with request number: ABAL[protected].
Also be informed to avoid balance deductions on your number for VAS services you need to deactivate the service by dialing the number 155223 from your Tata Docomo number.
You can obtain any information related to your account (EX: Recharge information, Data usage and complaints registered) by dialing to *191#.
