[Resolved] Tata Docomo — unwanted service through dive in | |||
My phone no is :[protected] (Tata Docomo). A unwanted Service called "diet plan" has been activated automatically on my phone on 25nd July'14 and Rs. 22.08 has been deduct for the service charge without my intervention. I wonder that how this kind of service gets activated without user requirement or without their needs? Also when I call to cust. care they said that I had to call them within 24 hours to refund the amount, but that time I did not has any balance left in my account .This is not the first time that this kind of services gets automatically activated. This is one kind of cheating by the service provider. I want to deactivate this service and refund of my full amount as this is completely unnecessary, unwanted and cheating. I also could not called to the customer care within 24 hours of the service activation as, So I request to refund my amount on immediate effect. Was this information helpful? | |||

The above mentioned service has already been deactivated on your number to avoid any more deductions. It will get deactivated within 30 minutes. We request you to check your account balance by dialing *191*2#.
