My docomo no. is [protected]. i received a sms form ta-docomo (attached pic.) that "your usage has crossed your credit limit. please submit a payment of rs. 2015 immediately to enjoy continuous services". last month 21 and 22 july, my services banned same reason, plz solve my problem again, at this time i used 840 mb out of 1024 mb 3g, after this 2g unlimited as my 351 rs. plan, plz solve my problem Was this information helpful? | |||

We would like to inform you that upon verifying our records we found that your number is in active state. Kindly note that, monthly rentals will be charged when the number is in Active/Outgoing Barring state. However, you will get discounts on rentals when the number is in Temporary Suspension state. We value your feedback and your views will be escalated to the higher management as feedback of the customer which will be helpful in increasing the pro-activeness for the agents.
