Tata Docomo — Very negligent customer care executives | |||
Dear team, I have purchased the tata photon max in july. While purchasing itself I have informed them that I would need it only 1 month i.e.. till Aug 2014. I purchased it in an offer(Paying Rs 2700/, we can use it for 3 months at free of cost and post that I need to pay based on my usage). I have last used it in Aug 2nd week. Post that there was no usage. Customer care reps called me in sept asking for my bill amount. I have clearly told them then that I am not using it anymore and don't need the connection. They did not cancel the request. I am not informed about the connection being suspended. Now they keep calling me about payment and also they are threatening saying that they would take legal action.. When I complained about the same to the customer care, there was no proper response and they are asking the phone number from which they called in Sept. How would that information be saved when I was not informed that I need to keep the number ready. My tata photon no.is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
