[Resolved] Tata Docomo — WiFi not installed. | |||||
I have applied for the broad band (Wifi) connection on 27.05.2016. Till now i have not got the connection. I am staying in nanded city in pune. Every time the local person and the person from customer care ask me whether the connection has been installed. I am fed up of continuous following up with the local person. All these person don't have sense to speak. Their language is very arrogant. Already the cheque of rs. 3215/- has been cleared on 16.06.2016, but connection has not been installed. Please help me out. The official are not responding at all. The persons to whom i am talking are mr. Dyaneshwar - [protected], mr. Mukesh - [protected], office no.[protected]. I have already launched complaint twice with your customer care. The local officials (Tata docomo office at nanded city) say that that you launch your complaint where you want but there is no use.
