Tata Docomo — WIFI service is not working, frequently dropping | |||
Hi, I take a connection recently with TATA photon for WIFI in moth of June 2014 but there connection only work for one or two week after that i am facing serious problem of network dropping and speed also not good. so i want to disconnect there service and want my money refund however they are not taking there data card back and not refunding money as per there advertisement and sale agent there service is not working but still not want to take there product back and still in market daily giving new connection with false promise to consumer. When any new product lunch in market during that time all testing and drawback should remove after that it should reach to final consumer but TATA photon is doing R & D at the cost of end user & making them pay for which they are not provided services to end user( consumer) This is ethically and value wise also not correct.
