[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Withdrawal of Photon+ service with information. | |
I am a customer of Tata Docomo Photon+ prepaid ([protected]) since November, 2012 in Bhagalpur, Bihar. For the last 3 days, I was not able to avail the services of Photon+. On asking the customer care executive, I have come to know that the service of Photon+ has been withdrawn from Bihar. This withdrawn of services before any prior notice in prepaid service left me in loss of my balance. Was this information helpful? | |
