Tata Docomo — Would like to discontinue my tata photon services. | |||
My name is Sudhakar Chavan Tata Docomo NO. [protected] and Account NO[protected]. I am using Tata Photon Internet service since last 2 years. Now i would like to discontinue the same with immediate effect. I tried to contact Tata Docomo so many times but i am not getting proper answers and wasting my calls. As per the conversation had with our team, we regret for the inconvenience caused to you. In this regards, we are really sorry to hear that you have decided to cancel your connection and end this very fruitful relationship we had with you. Kindly note that your cancellation request has been registered with the docket number[protected] raised on 26-APR-2016 02:43PM. We request you to make a note of this docket number for your future correspondence. Please find cancellation process for the account below: 1. Temporary disconnection will happen on the 7th day and billing on the above mentioned connection would stop on the 7th day from the date of cancellation request registered. 2. Your total outstanding amount till date is Rs. -5/-. 3. The number will get permanently disconnected within 15 days. 4. Your billing cycle is 7th of every month, hence, you will receive final bill on prorate basis post disconnection which will be payable. 5. We request you to kindly keep the number in active for retention call which can happen in three days of time after request raised.
