Tata Docomo — Wrong Behavior aginst me by Customer care Executives | |||
Dear Sir, I am Rajiv from Kerala, I am using the Tata docomo for 6years, & postpaid for more than 3 years, Having monthly bill more than 1000Rs, but when we are calling to customer care for queries means, they are not ready to answer the queries & Unable to connect the TLS, Without any proper answer disconnecting the call, I need to get a reply within 48 hours, else i will complaint to Consumer court Rajiv vm [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

We tried to speak to you personally on your number, regarding billing of your Tata Docomo connection . However, the same was not possible as the call was not answered. At the outset we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
In this regards, we would like to inform you that we have verified our records and found that there is no wrong billing and you have been charged correctly as per your usage. Further, we would also like to inform you that currently there is an outstanding amount in your account.
