Hi tata photon plus team, Thanks for your co-operation and understanding. My photon plus no: [protected] My account no. Is[protected] and i am using post-paid data connection from tata photon plus since 3 years. My plan is ka-3g dongle ibm special plan. Ibm auto switchover plan 10gb ul My bill plan from ibm when i took the connection is attached here with and also mr. Irfan is the person from whom i took the connection. It is 50 paisa per extra mb used. However, this month (Aug-2016) there is a conflict in my data usage and billed amount. It is wrongly recording my data usage and also billing for extra data usage is calculated as rs.1 per mb of extra use instead of 50 paise. Please check my attached this month bill details for aug-2016 which is rs. 5612. Every month i used to get bill amount of around rs. 1000 with similar usage as that of this month’s. One more strange bug is, without connecting my data card since 10 days and not used internet even once also, It is showing some xxxxmb o[censored]sage as per the screen below. I never connected my device during the above period. Last month, it reached 100% of my usage limit without much usage in the beginning 2-3 days only. Also, this month bill also huge which is wrongly calculated (Both data usage and amount). As per my plan, i was always using similar data every month and promptly paying around rs.1000 p. M. I called customer care about this month’s bill and utilization. They asked me to write to you. To further test the usage and confirming the record in my account, i stopped using internet since 1 week and I have not even connected the device once, but it is showing 9333 as my un billed usage from 23rd to 28th aug. I am using your services since long time and would like to continue but if the bill amount is huge, which i could not pay, i could not continue any more. I request you to look into this month’s bill (Aug-2016) and adjust accordingly. Kindly check resolve my issue asap. We would like to inform you that upon verifying our records we found that we have successfully provided the billing adjustment of Rs. 3611.98/- and your current outstanding after adjustment is Rs.2000/-. We would like to inform you that upon checking thoroughly with our records your balance of Rs.121.60/- has been deducted as you have surfed multiple sites (3 sessions) at the same time on 22-08-2016 at 06:25AM as you have used 62956KB Data. Further, we would like to inform you that your balance of Rs.52.10/- has been deducted, as you have surfed internet on 22-02-2016 used 5813KB DATA at that time no data balance available in your account.
