Tata Docomo — Wrong promises | |||||
Dear sir/mam, This is to inform you that tata docomo is giving false promises and adds. whenever i subscribed to there 8 Rs daily internet pack there is written 50 Mb but they provide only 40 Mb. today they deducted my balance from mobile, though my net balance was left, customer care told me that whenever it is less than 10 Mb for multiple browsing extra charges will be applied and this was not informed to me prior or i never came across this type of extra charges. After subscribing 8 Rs pack it will show 40 Mb as my net balance but on their menu they have written 50 Mb. i was using this plan for many months but now i have noticed they are fooling us so i want some strict actions to be taken against them or they must give my money back for every 8 Rs recharge.
