Tata Docomo — wrong recharge by operator | |
Yesterday I recharged mobile No [protected] for the rupees 129/- by third party paytm app, before recharge I checked on the website of data docomo online recharge have 129/- 1GB data but I got 113 rupees only so please make correct recharge as soon possible. Was this information helpful? | |

This is with reference to your complaint regarding recharge benefits for your Tata Docomo connection. In this regards we would like to inform that as per our records we have found that correct benefit that is Talktime of Rs. 110.16/- has been credited to your account on 27-Jun-2015. We request you to check your account balance by dialing *111#. Further, we would also like to inform you that as per our record we have found that the recharge of Rs. 129/- has been done through a third party website named Paytm which is not a Tata Docomo owned website. The offers shown on the same website are not valid for your number. Hence, we are unable to process your request any further.
