Tata Docomo — Wrong unbilled amount on postpaid connection

I am using [protected], 199/- plan of TATA DOCOMO. In last month April 2015 I have changed my prepaid connection to postpaid. In 27th May I got my 1st postpaid bill by sms. It was Rs 239. I have paid this bill after getting the message as soon as possible in afternoon of that day. But after few minutes when I was check my unbilled amount I was shocked because it was shows Rs 590.92. But I have not used such amount. I called to the customer care twice but they did not provide me the details of it. I was worried. Then I go to the nearest Tata Docomo centre and told them the matter. But they also not help me, they did not show me the usage details, they argue with me that I have used those amount in running months that's why it shows. But from 25th May running months are activated. In 2 days how I can I use 590 rupees o[censored]sage? As per the plan I have 400min free call in any network. In those two days I have not use any data also. I don't know how they did the stupid things. When I want the usage details they did not show me anything. I have used Tata Docomo from last 4 year but I cant imagine they do this kind of cheat with me.

As per the discussion, we would like to inform you that your current un-billed amount for your Tata Docomo number is Rs. 00/-.

This is the actual usage that you do for calls & value added services on your number for the current bill cycle and the same is also being sent to you as daily SMS.

Please note that the Un-billed Amount is calculated without considering any discount and/or free usage on your account.

All the discounts and free usage as per your bill plan are considered while generating the final bill for the month and are discounted from final bill amount. Hence you may find a difference in the unbilled SMS amount & the final bill amount.

Your next month bill will be generated on 27-06-15 in which all the applicable discounts shall be credited.

I am Rahul Singh Kushwah my mob no is [protected]. I want to say that I m using mobile data which is free on my no. But when I use the internet on my mobile for a few minutes then my unbilled amount is approx Rs 605.00. So please help me and please clear the unbilled amount and give the instrunction to how to use my free own internet pack which is already included in postpay plan of 512 mb 2g data in per month
