Tata Docomo — Wrong updation of Billing Adress

Address:Bangalore, Karnataka

I have sent you my HDFC Bank Statement twice already to the DoCoMo Customer Care email-id & cc to my other email-id... ie. 22-Apr @ 7.30 & Today @ after 4 PM... but they are claiming they have not received it, where as in my other email id I have received Docomo people came to my residence before porting for address verification, then how come address has been wrongly entered. Request your help Thanks & regards, NITIN
