Hello, I am from Pune, Vishrantwadi area. 2 weeks before I have submitted cheque and all necessary documents to Tata Indicom's sales person and he committed me to install the connection till last week Tuesday but the connection is not installed yet and now there customer care is not cooperating and sales person is not receiving my call. I have very urgent office work and due to this worst service I am not able to do my work. Please take respective action on this. My sim got blocked d its asking for Puk Code . If you could provide it, i wd b able to use itplease puk code at the earliest.
I tried about 2-3 times and putting it onto my new phone, it got locked and then coudnt unlock it :(
