Tata Indicom — Complain regarding no network from last 2 months | |||
Dear sir, I have tata indicom walky having number[protected], which is showing symbol of searching from last two months, due to which i m not able to call or nor reciving any call from last 2 months . the company is issuing /genrating bill continously for the phone set which is like waste box for me. i have not recived any call or not able to call from my walky so for which thing i wiil pay bill . i will not pay any bill for that period for which my phone is not working due to no network so it requested to u set right the subject cited complain & convey me that after attending the complaints . so i can use my phone i will only pay bill after set right of my complaint from the date which complaint is attended, so period for which my phone is not working i will not pay any bill look into matter or reply me if your company is not in position to attend the fault permanently so i can shift to any other company connection Was this information helpful? | |||
