[Resolved]  Tata Indicom — Money theft Through Debit Card

Dear-Sir
We would like bring in your notice that some body theft the money and make the payment to Tata Indicom through my Debit card on 25.8.15 I have already make the complaint at 3 lavel but no solution till date avery complaint is closed saying that your payment is done through 3d secure pin but my dear other four information also required for payment which is provide by bank only I am not able to uderstand bank is not doing any things and simply saying that theft is taken place through 3d pin this is not the correct way .
