Tata Indicom — Need Refund for not providing proper connection | |||
Hi, I want a help from you regarding my issue with tata indicom broadband. I have taken connection on 25th February by paying Rs. 2124. The connection was for 10 mbps but instead it was giving 1 mpbs and was disconnection like every 15 mins .. you tell me how to use such internet which disconnects every 15mins .. I was not able to make Skype calls, watch videos or any thing I want to do. I made series of complaints, engineer came in check things but no resolution. Finally I ask engineer is it going to work .. he said it due to conditions it seems it will not work.. then I ask him procedure to terminate connection incase if it is not going to work. He said contact customer care and ask them to terminate.. I terminated connection on 6th March.. In mean while I received bill on 3rd March of Rs. 5000 .. this was for internet usage of 4days ..25th -28th. As connection was not working properly and I was getting huge bills I was furious to get it disconnected as it would further create more complicated. I sent them email to disconnect and refund my Rs. 2124. I kept emailing them for refund but there was not reply and then I forgot the issue. Now after so many days they are asking me more money.. says to pay Rs.480... instead of giving me refund on connection which was not working as prescribed they are now asking me to pay more not sure on what grounds. Its like you go to buy gold and you get iron.. then you say to ask shopkeeper to refund he instead says you came to my shop for refund now you pay me more. I don't understand how does this company works.. if that how Tata Inidcom earns money.
