Tata Indicom — Payment been deducted and they said to pay again! | |||||
To whom it may concern, In reference to the Tata Indicom number[protected] I have emailed customercare.[protected]@tatatel.co.in 19 times the first email was sent on Thursday 2/04/2016 because they have suspended my number because of the payment which they claimed has not been paid I have attached in the mail that I already paid it and my bank made a charge of RS 672.00 and the transaction id was [protected]. I use their website to pay this bill https://billpay.tatadocomo.com/BillPayPortal/walky also, After several email their payment department called every day to pay this bill and every time I said that I already paid than they disconnected my number without any notice when I raise the complaint again they have started my number for two days and added another bill to the old bill and the phone was not used. I have all the emails I sent them and I have all there emails quoting there reference number now they have disconnected my number and I have left with that base phone with no connection, I purchased this number for my outside clients who can give me call, due to the disconnection without the information, I have been lost many of my orders and deals it is just 6 months old device.
