[Resolved]  Tata Indicom — Poor Tata Indicom Broadband Support Team

I'm using Tata Indicom Broadband prepaid connection I have Lodged a complaint stating my broadband connection is not working on 20th July 2014 My complaint number is no.16144408 but they closed the complaint without my notice on 23rd July 2014 so I called up customer care to escalate the complaint and ensure still not working they took a new complaint for that no. 16148186 on 23rd July 2014 which they closed it again on 27th July 2014 without my notice I called up again on 28th July 2014 they took a new complaint no. 16153738 but again they closed it on 30th July 2014 I escalated the complaint again they took new complaint no.16156012 they are closing complaints within 72 hours so that they need not to extend the validity period for the customer The customer service is not taking any action for my problem I have been told that the service technician will come and visit my site but they didn't when i called to ask whether they will be extending the validity period they said no they don't Kindly take a necessary action
