Tata Indicom — Reg. non migration of post pay ([protected]) to prepay | |||||
I am completely disappoint services of tata indicom as instead of my several request regarding conversion of my postpay number ([protected]) to prepay i am still waiting for its conversion. I have visited tata store on 8th aug 16 for the same and and did all required formalities and got transfer request[protected] after waiting one week i have called customer care and they suggested to visit store again henceforth i had visited tata store (Laxmi nagar) again on 13th aug 2016 and again got complaint request[protected] and assurance that it would be done till 15th aug. Once not find converted i have called again tata customer care and as usual they have given assurance to done it till 17th aug-16 and given complaint no.[protected]. Now yesterday 17th also passed and still i am waiting for the same. As i am to use this no. But i am afraid to use this as it further incur bill for the same and you tata will/may ask again for one month rental. Please request to help to close this issue. As per the telephonic conversation with our team, we would like to inform you that upon verifying our records we found that your number was disconnected permanently from Tata Docomo postpaid network on 19-AUG-16 due to Migration to Prepaid. Further, we request you to dial 59059 for tele verification. If verification is negative then you have 2 more attempts for positive verification. Post activation, FRC (first time recharge) is mandatory. First time recharge has to be done through retailer or Tata Docomo outlet.
