I have withdraw a sum of rs.2000/- on 08.11.2016 through your service provider counter at devakottai, sivaganga district. You hav e chaged a sum of rs.23/- as your service charges. As per rbi norms you should not charge the service charges . I hereby request you to kindly refund the same at the earliest possible and oblige.
