[Resolved] Tata Indicom — Services are not Working...! or yet not activated from Tata. | |||
My name is Yatin Girish Joshi and my mobile number that I am experiencing problems with is [protected]. I have lost my hand set and requested to block my services however I was not in town hence did not activate my number, I placed a request for activation of my services on 11th Aug 2014 and while I am in the process to draft this message still not working. The Tata store that is located in Thane has some technical problems and due to which the request cannot be placed. There was no sim card avaliable hence the manager at the store asked me to visit at the location in Mulund. There are multiple request that are placed on my account and I am able to check for the status of the request on My Account tab online hence all the[protected] Restored my services however they are not working fine, hence I tried to contact you support on 121 and was guided to go the store and they will be in a better position to get it resolved for you, this is an option and not a resolution. I went to the store and guess what...! The Store that is located in Thane has no service or the server is down hence cannot process my request, they guided me to Mulund Store that is located near Nirmal Life Style, I went there to activate my services and they where not accountable with the process and never placed a request for simcard activation. I called voice support for Tata to get this issue resolved. They raised a request which is still open SR number:[protected] in this process I spoke to multiple person and they guided me with different troubleshooting steps. That was of no use however one of the manager on the floor named Pratik Parekh said that the simcard that you are using is not provisioned on the account hence guided me to visit store again for the activation of services and when I walked in to the store that is located in Thane they did mentioned as usual that the server at this location is down and we are unable to process this request. After a conversation with the manger in the store spoke to the person at the store location in Mulund. Now he told me that the request for my sim card activation is not placed hence placed SR number:[protected] which is closed after it was placed in the next couple of hours. Still my services are not active. I have tried all the means of support that might resolve the issue however rather providing resolution they provide with an option. Please improve the customer experience. Worst service and never refer this to any of your friends or relatives. Please activate my services so that I can port my number and leave you guys asap.
