I feel like I'm mis lead by the useless customer service of TATA CDMA, it really hard to believe that people in customer service or in sales for there income can screw some one's happiness. The played tricks on me saying that the connection that I have is a great one and have unlimited DATA usage, However this proved wrong by the end of this month I was hit by a bill of RS2000 + which really scared the hell out of me, out of surprise when i called the very same customer service who sold me this service now come up saying that DATA was only free for TATA ZONE, where the hell this TATA ZONE came in, i was never ever informed that you are spouse to use with in TATA ZONE, if so i would have restricted my limits.
I feel its SCAM they have looted me and now they keep on calling me day in and out and harase me by saying pay the bill or else we will remove your connection. It my daily bread and Im at a verge to loose it, and believe me if i loose this number it will affect my business and I will fight till the end, if im not hearing from you soon, i will be submitting my consumer forum.
