Tata Motors — about service and behaviour | |||
I have a vehicle INDIGO ECS LX TDI purchase from CHAMBAL MOTORS, KOTA registration no. RJ08CA3996 in the name of BHOMESH AGARWAL, Bundi. I had complain many times about vehicle service and warranty product replacement but there is no responce till now. i had complaint at Mumbai Head office[protected] om 06th feb, 2015 at 3.23pm) then they give me no. of Jaipur office landline no.[protected]th Feb, 2015 at 3.28 PM) when i call to jaipur office they told me that we finding issues but how can they find the problem though they dont ask about my Vehicel, Registration no, Name and city. and when i call again they used abuse words to me and cut the phone. i had also meet with Mr. Rajeev Kohli (Owner of Chambal Motors, Kota) but they also didnt give me any response and dont behave like a good person. NOW I AM VERY FEELING SHAME TO PURCHASE TATA MOTORS CARS where no respect for customers and dont give any service. Now iam very disappointed. Was this information helpful? | |||
