Dear Sir, I Ashok Kushwaha a citizen of Lucknow, U.P East had brought a new car Indica V2 Ls. and full price. But the Tata Motors Dealer SRM MOTORS LUCKNOW had given me a old car. My car delivery date 26 November 2012. But the car had already been sold to another customer 2 months ago and the Dealer SRM MOTORS LUCKNOW had given me that car. I have TATA SAFARI purchased in Dec 2010. Since begning I am having a problem with power window. Recently right side (driver seat) power window suddenly, without any trigger action, stopped functioning. I tried everything that I could, but no result. I took the vehicle to TATA service centre at Secunderabad. There I was told that this two gear power window is problematic right from the begning and now we are not repairing that anymore. I was recommended to change it with original single gear power window. And ofcourse company will not bear the cost of faulty power window originally installed...

After 4 days when I took the delivery from you I cud'nt even reach home safely bcuz my car suddenly broke down In the mid of highway..
After contacting u ppl my car was towed back to your service center..

I gave the car to Mohan Das Motors Trivandrum for check up and they keep the vehicle for a moth and couldn't rectify the complaint.
