Hello,

I am Jaininder Garg, TATA safariuser.. I have registered 2 complains 1-21822392491& 1-21799928271 but got no result. I have beenin discussion with 1-2 people one ofthem is Mr. Vikas but no use. Just for your brief below is the issue:

I have purchased this vehicle last yearfrom ABS motors. It was a Demo Vehiclewith aprox. 11000 Km reading.

I BOUGHT A TATA ZEST (TAYAL MOTORS) ON DATED 30.01.2015. ONE PROPLEM I M FACING VERY FIRST DAY WHILE I M PURCHASING THE CAR, ALL DOORS ARE OPEN AND CLOSED VERY TIGHTLLY AND VERY BED NOISE WHEN DOOR CLOSED. Tata Motors - Not finshing half day work

My car had an aircondition problem. Now its in tata motors authorised service center in thrissur - kerala. (Hyson motors - thrissur) i think the work will complete in half a day. But its day 16. There is lot of replies. No stock, parts on transist, vehicle is in check post, sale tax problem, courier service problem, will give you tommorrow, & tomorrow & tommorrow etc. . . No confirmation. Its very poor.

There is lot of notice, cards etc. . , "if the vehicle serviced any where outside, company will not give any type of warranty etc. . . But their service was very poor...

Dear Sir, I am a Taxi Driver residing Kerala and I am in this profession for last 12 Years.I am currently driving Tata India (ev2 cr4 Dicor, KL 36B 7053) and writing this mail toRegister a complaint regarding about the same vehicle.This vehicle has completed 95000KM. I had purchased indigo ecs cr4 silver barring chassis no MAT601445DPK30011, dated 31st dec 2014 I was not taking the delivery on that day due to the dent on front driver side door but they forced me to take the delivery and had the verbal commitment was given by sales person that it will be done on first service with out any charge, however my vehicle"s first service has been done on 07 march 2015 and again they told me that the paint booth is not working and we will call you once it get started yet not received any call form concorde motors pune. hi sir, Last week i was serviecd my car TATA SAFARI in Dindigul Venus Tata Motors for general checkup (i, e) oil service and timing service, they were replaced oils and changed timing kit... they charged me coolant oil 1 ltr(167 rs)*7 but they are not topuped coolant oil...i started my trip befor 2 days my radiator was boiled and we r standing road for more than 5 hr...after open the radiator and coolent check up ... the radiator was fully blocked with Rust am very much disappointed about that because 2 days before only i serviced my vehicle but they r not changed the coolant oil properly so...

I owned a NANO bearing registration number KL58 K 6920 which met with an accident a couple of months ago (07/02/15). The car was fully damaged. The damaged car was taken to your Show Room at Kalpetta in Wayanad (Marina Motors), the next day. I opted for total loss claim so that I could buy a new car. Till now I the issue hasn't been resolved despite my regular communication with Marina Motors. As there is no option to attach the police report here, I fail to do it. My Vehicle Tata Safari EX 2007 has this perculiar problem from last one month. At speed of around 80 kms and above, the vehicle drags does not gain speed even with maximum accelaration at whatever gear. There is a message on the Instrument Cluster as "SERVICE" At present the vehicle is in EMM EMM Motors, Bangalore and the technicians are unable to fix this issue. They informed me that the vehicle has been scanned and the Engine Control Unit needs and the Radiator Fan needs to be changed. We have got delivery of our vehicle TATA ZEST XT (Diesel TOP) from Berkley Chandigarh on 31/10/2014. Mr Lovejeet Singh sales man had committed RAIN cum Dust Cover worth Rs. 1999/- at the time of booking. Till date TATA staff has not honored their commitment. The matter was escalated to TATA SALES cum Grievance MANAGER Mr Bhanu at their ZONAL OFFICE in chandigarh (Sector 34). Even after 45 days to TATA Company official now, he has also not reverted.
