There is an ongoing scam/fraud in the Indian Market using the name of Tata Motors India Corporation, No 24, Golmori Chauk, Tatanagar, Jamshedpur. They have a competition on the televison where the public is asked to identify a celebrity picture and then these same public is called informing them that they have won a grand prize of RS12 lakhs 80, 000 or a car as first prize which shall be paid by draft or you can opt for the car of the same amount. Now they calll from morning to evening from a mobile number 9581992816 forcing the public to pay Rs10, 500 hjas registration fees to claim this lottery...

Respected sir,

I have purchased a new tata aria pure lx model on 8th august 2014. From cargo motors ltd, ahmedabad. I had given my old car in exchange offer & had got a car loan from axis bank, gandhinagar. The loan amount that passed by bank authority is rs 845000 instead of rs 830000. So i have to get refund of rs 15000 from the same dealer-cargo motors. But the person who handled my case mr gautam (9978442964) is not giving my refund and refuses to refund my money.You are kindly requested to help me.

I had purchased a Safari Storm car in the month of December 2013 and I have already crossed second service. As far my experience in last eight months, the car has riding comfort but I am very much disappointed with the fuel service of the car. I don't know who can give me the reason of such poor fuel efficiency of a new latest version car where the other SUVs of other companies are giving better fuel efficiency. well in my family we have had 4 Tata Motors Cars and we tried to prefer Indian company over others but constant bad experiences at the service center has forced to choose products from other companies. currently my car an Indigo Manza is lying with the service center for the 4th day now and for a minor repair like changing a heater plug in engine. We are filing complaints about our Tata Safari Storme after three months from the buying date of the car but they are not paying attention on our complaint, and the dealer we bought the car had left the dealership and the new dealer had came but there is no service centre and our car is under guarantee period we have bought our car on 28th November 2013 and we are complaining from February 2014 and there is unavailability of spare parts and lots of faults in the car and they are accusing us for going to the court and it's our 3rd or 4th Tata Safari....

I am an owner of TATA SAFARI since 2011. I am not at all happy with the TATA product. It ran into so many issues in last 4 years that I am fed up with the quality of the vehicle and service provided. I have been waiting for last 4 days for a part to be delivered at the dealer ship and get my car fixed. Every time I am getting one reason or the other why my car is not ready. This is pathetic way of running the company and spare parts division. In long run this will be harmful for tata's car business if the reputation continues the same way....

Dear Sir, I had purchased Tata Manza in 2010 and had driven105000 km till date. After driving 89000 km till date I had changed engine oil 6 times which is horrible. Dear Sir, I have purchased a new Tata Nano from Active Automobiles, Ahmedabad in the month of April and from then till date following up with the agency for my car registration. Even after submitting all the documents asked for till date I have not received my car permanent registration. I bought TATA Nano Car on 5th Dec 2013 from Goldrush (opposite HAL, Faizabad road). There are coming problems since the day we bought the car no. plated ' DL 3C BK 0988 '. At first that starter got choked in the middle of road. The service center took 2-3 days to get that fixed.
