I have been using Tata TIAGO XZA petrol since November 2017. More than 43000 km covered. All service scheduled met till date. No issues with car till date.

I am writing a complaint for Rachna motors, Samaypur Badli service centre in which I sent my car(DL8CAR 2220)for pick up issue on 16th May, however the executive charged me 1600 rupees for some minor cleaning of parts and according to him(Mr. Naveen Tyagi) there was no such issue and he just said it won’t happen again. But today again, I faced the same problem and I was stuck in between while coming to home as my car again stopped...

I have a gear issue in my vehicle since i have buy the vehicle i have taken my vehicle to my nearest Tata Service Station 6 times but they were not able to solve the issue then they told me take the vehicle to main service Station srinagar which is around 80 kms from my home which costs me around 1200 Rs but they were not able to resolve my issue then again on 27–5-22 i again took my vehicle to Tata service station...

I have an issue with my Nexon having issues with wheel alignment where the service center is unable to identify in the last two visits and now they are confirming the 3 of the 4 wheel rims are bent.

My vehicle has just finished 8k KM so far in 8 months and can't understand what is the quality of the rims that provided.

I paid the amount and car got delivered and after reaching for registration 3 weeks later got to know that tax was not paid. Now they hold our number plate and demanding extra money. I got 2 fines already because of no number plate.

We have booked Tata Nexon XMA car with Siva Sankar Motors(P) limited, Rajahmundry, AP on 27th Jan 2022 with 1 to 2 months commitment from the dealer. Hi i have been waiting for 3 days as my car trc is not generated by tata zedex delaership in gurgaon because of some ### tata portal issue. I have made 80 percent payment...why tata is not solving it ....

I bought a nexon top model a couple of weeks ago and here are the issues:
1. Only 1 key provided with car. This is a safety issue and no written info provided that when will the second key provided.

2. iRA already registered with my chassis number to some random different phone number and poses a security threat as all my info is getting sent to someone else and they can track my details easily....

On 21st february 2022, we booked the tata nexon xz+ variant petrol grey. When we booked the car they have given some quotation but after 90 days they asked to pay the revised amount, which was not mentioned when we booked the car. Now they asked to pay the extra amount which needs to be paid to deliver the car. So please to solve our issues. Please call us as soon as possible......
