Punch delay in delivery of vehicle

Hi Tata Team,

unfortunately, i am not happy with the TATA sales services or the commitment. I have booked the car punch adventure on Dec 03- 2021 and still did not receive the delivery.it's been almost 4 months from booking.. Reg. missing key for tata altroz

Hello,

I have recently purchased tata altroz xz+ variant. I was given only single smart key with it.

Duplicate smart key and wearable key is not given.

I tried calling your customer care[protected] multiple times, but no luck.They keep transferring it to complaint department and no one picks up call from your complaint department.

Since from September 21 booked Nexon till now no delivery

I have booked XZA+ automatic car from Dulichand Motors kolkata but sorry to say till now they have not able to deliver.when booked it was vomited date within 100 days but it’s almost 160 days still no getting proper update

Delay in delivery of Nexon - Nearly a harassment since almost 5 months

Booking date 14th Nov 2021 and still no conclusive update on delivery of Nexon XMA S from Puneet Motors Malad west, I escalated on Twitter dated 15th March hoping to get this resolved and still no idea on car delivery, @tata motors is cheating /fooling people by promoting 2 months waiting which is practically incorrect....

PENDING Car delivery since 6 months

I am Sourabh Chourasia, booked Tata Nexon XMA Grey color on 31 Oct 2021. I was told while booking that I will receive the car in 4-8 weeks (written in the signed booking form).

I never had any part of tata zest xm in any service centre. buying a tata car means you are a customer of other planet bcoz no one is ready to prepare tata cars and no parts are available in market. tata service centres are like government job workers. they never satisfy any customer they spin the customer from mobile to another mobile number. i will never buy a tata car in future.

even i m struggling for buying spark plugs...
