Tata Motors — Car body rust and damaged within 3.5 Yrs within Warranty but Tata motors not giving service

Dear Sir, Let me start this letter with a deep apology for wasting your valuable time. Actually, you see, this letter wouldn’t have been necessary if only I had listened to my friends who had advised me against buying a Tata Car. But, ignoring all of my well-wishing friends, and getting lured by the promises that you make, I did buy a Tata Indigo CS (Diesel) car on an unfortunate day of December, 2011. Since then, most naturally, you got me trapped. Congratulations ! You win another time in your venture of luring unsuspecting customers in shelling out money on the pieces of garbage products that you sell in the name of cars. Did anyone tell you that you are running for a record for making the lowest quality products in any category, made anywhere in the universe? Oh! You have heard that multiple times! Nice! Congratulations, again. For the record, I have driven approximately 52, 000 Kms in the last 3.5 years. I live and work in pretty standard complexes where an array of other cars (including some of the poor pieces that you make, that too much older than mine) are parked out under the Sun. Being a stupid conformist, as much as I hate, but I have always visited only the rowdy thugs that you employ in your Company Authorized Service Centers. And now I have Rusts in the body of the car ! My car is under warranty but Tata Motors service center is saying body is not under cover. But, you can relax, please, sit back and relax. This is probably one of such umpteenth email that you received today, because, no one, and believe me no one expect me, even raised an eyebrow when they heard that a Tata Car body rusted out. It is so damn expected that I realize, no one expect myself is to be blamed. It is all my fault since I decided on buying a car from a company who are obsessively passionate about making the lowest quality products. Do I even expect a reply from you? Please, excuse me! I know I was stupid once, but not Insane that I will expect anything from you anymore. Sorry for the brief interrupt, please continue having your nice day, Sir. You now have my permission to junk this complain.
