[Resolved] Tata Motors — Complain against Lexus Motors Kolkata regarding service | |||
This is regarding the service done at lexus motors in Kolkata of my Vehicle numbered WB-02-X-9188, Tata safari. In the attached files you can see that my car had gone for same brake issues in the past at the same workshop. Time and again I face the same problem. In the earlier job cards you can see that my car had gone for some electrical, steering and brake issues. The car was there in the service centre for more than three weeks and i was informed by the service adviser that they are taking time so that I don't face the same problem. I agreed on the same and asked them to do what ever was necessary for the car to be perfect. I picked the car on 14th of August and paid a bill of Rs. 42, 000/-. I was told by the service adviser that in the mere future if I have any issues they will take care of the same. Surprisingly, I faced the same problem with the brakes and a very awkward sound in the steering. As I was travelling so, I sent the car to the service centre on 2nd September. After a week I get a call from the service adviser that some other parts relating to the brakes worth Rs.22, 000/- needs to be changed. As I was promised after spending so much money in the earlier servicing that my issues would be resolved without cost, the concerned person tells me over the phone that they will not take any responsibility and moreover they asked me to come over and pick up the faulty part and get it repaired from outside so that it wont cost me much. I was shocked and I had almost gone to trauma that after spending so much money my issue at the beginning till now is the same and people are taking advantage from me. It seems company like tata motors is hiding their in competitiveness through Consumers like us who don't like to go for unnecessary hassles of arguing and fighting for their own rights. I ISSUED A CHEQUE NO.78003 OF RS.192000/- DT.28.01.2015 TO THE NAME OF LEXUS MOTOR BARASAT FOR PURCHASE ANOTHER TRANSPORT VEHICLE TATA ACE MINT. THE PAYMENT IS ALREADY DEBIT FROM MY ACCOUNT A LONG TIME BACK TILLNOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVE MY VEHICLE. THIS TYPE OF POOR SERVICE IS UNEXPECTED FOR ALL TATA CUSTOMER.
