Tata Motors — Complaint on Service_TATA Zest Revetron 1.2L 90 ps XMS - KL 52 H 1863 | |||
I wish to complain about the first free service of my car (TATA Zest Revetron 1.2L 90 ps XMS - KL 52 H 1863) that held on 19th and 20th of March at SkyHigh Motors, Perinthalmanna. I am complaining because no issues were resolved by the service held on the mentioned date. The detailed issues are given below: 1.Issue with power delivery: [protected][protected]- I am experiencing an issue with the power delivery of my car. The power delivery not seems to be linear and the performance of my car degraded considerably on acceleration aspect. I mentioned the same before the service and no actions were taken to resolve this. 2. Issue with AC Blower Fan : [protected][protected]---- As the AC fan was noisy, I complained and it got replaced on 20th March 2015. Still the fan is making noise. 3.General feedback of Service [protected][protected]------ I am not at all satisfied with the service provided by SkyHigh Motors. When I first learned of this problem, I complained this to SkyHigh Motors service manager by E-Mail on 21 March.But still I didn't get any replay by E mail. He assured me that experts from tata motors will take care of thist within 2-3 days. But no actions were taken till date. Finally he called and told me to wait for one more week . I believe that this response is unfair because I am still experiencing the problems and your company is responsible of taking care of this . Was this information helpful? | |||
