Tata Motors — Complaint regarding quality of service of the zest car | |||
I had purchased zest car from j. P. Motors, solan, h. P. Wide their invoice no jp motr[protected] dated 31.03.16. The first free service was due on 4500 kms or three months whichever earlier. I visited their service center at nalagarh branch on the 15th july at about 2.30 pm. In the name of free service, that too first the following was only done : A) air filter cleaning by blowing compressed air. B) checking of the level of the engine oil. C) road trial of the car by the service person. The car was not lifted up to check any nuts and bolts loose, any clamps loose, alignment etc etc, I am not satisfied with the service provided against what was explained in this matter while selling.
