I Have purchased a TATA indica car from Muscot Motors Pvt. Ltd. Aligarh on date 25th March
2012 . During the time of purchase he told me due to Server down he will provide the invoice
after 1 or 2 day but after many times follow-up on phone and physical they was not provide the
invoice to me .
Now due to this i have show he was issue the Invoice in back date ( Before purchase the car )
Also i was purchase this car on my Brother name ( Mr. Lomesh Kumar ) but i have seen this also
the invoice in issue on any other person name .
Many times i have register the complaint on TATA customer care but there is no Solution .

Due this documentation gap i lost my Car warranty and i have to pay 14000 Rs for repairing my
Car .
I was complaint many times for this problem but the are not co operate with me .
