I have booked the tata tiago from tafe reach ltd, opp lic, anna salai, chennai on 26th june 2016. at time of booking i was being told that car will be delivered at max in 8 weeks. however now it is more than 3.5 months and i do not have any update about when will be car deliver and very poor response from dealer.. this is very bad customer experience. and i am feeling regrets that i have booked the tatas car that can not be get delivered in time. please delivery my car before diwali. I am Rishabh Gautam from Delhi, i had booked a Tata Tiago XT sunbust orange on dated 11-sept-2016 with initial booking amount of Rs 10, 000/- from Concorde Motors India Ltd.ari Chand Mela Ram Complex, Main Wazirabad Road, Gokalpuri, New Delhi, Delhi, 110094.Dealer provide me the waiting period of 1 month means car should be delivered to me on or before 11-oct-2016, they commit us to provide us the car in navratra period, but they failed with their commitment, then they told me that till dusshara i will get the car, they again failed with their commitment, then they assured me that they will provide me the car after a week of dusshara, and ask me to Pay some more amount, with their word of commitment I deposit Rs 50, 000/- and week had passed but i didn't got the car. now they are saying that they will provide the car before Diwali,
I had financed the car the amount of loan had also been received by the dealer and now they are demanding the whole payment. I refused to deposit the amount because they aren't providing me the date of delivery of car. so i request you to provide the car before diwali, otherwise this time I'll cancel the order.i can't wait for so long. your services to the customer is not satisfactory, Please do the needful, or if you can't do anything ask your team to cancel the booking & refund the amount.
