[Resolved]  Tata Motors — Delay in delivery.

I booked a tata zest on 25 August on the behalf of a Tata motors executive mr shrivastav.I want to file a comlain against him about the inconvenience caused by him to me.He made me false hopes day by day that the car would be coming soon but its been a long time.He also asked me to take a car loan and i have already paid one installment and the second one is to be paid on 5 November but the car has till not with me.When i talked to him last time he again said that it will be delivered in 2-3 days but its not a game to be laid by me.I am in great need of a car but he is taking his own time.Recently my old car just went for repairs because it is not in a condition of driving and i needed a vehicle urgently for an emergency for a family member and i already talked to that executive for car but there was no help given to me.I know that the car is in great demand but it does not mean that you can make false hopes so that we can postpone our programs.He has really given me a pathetic service for the pre ordered car and i want this complain to really visit the next authorities and take a strict action against Mr Shrivastav and pre booking scheme of the car so that i can get the car soon.Its been high time now i have already paid one installment but the car is not in my hands.Please pay concern to my complaint.
