Tata Motors — delaying resolving an issue that is two months old

I owned a NANO bearing registration number KL58 K 6920 which met with an accident a couple of months ago (07/02/15). The car was fully damaged. The damaged car was taken to your Show Room at Kalpetta in Wayanad (Marina Motors), the next day. I opted for total loss claim so that I could buy a new car. Till now I the issue hasn't been resolved despite my regular communication with Marina Motors. As there is no option to attach the police report here, I fail to do it.
