[Resolved]  Tata Motors — Exchange of parts during servicing and parts of interiors missing and the parts exchanged are faulty

My Tata Zest car CG17KH9222, only 8 months old, got into accident and entered to showroom. First of all... I got my repaired car after 1and half months. But I was expecting the car at new condition. But instead I found my New car scratched at many places and also when I visited the showroom in the mean time... I found parts of my car like window lining which were not a parts of the accident were not present and when I asked to the GM, he told that they will provide the new one to my car. But when I received my repaired car I noticed they were not new, rather they were the repaired ones and also many parts near to the window were scratched badly. Also one dent was noticed by me near to the window. And the rubber which fixes the car window to the glass was shaging. This is the example of very very poor service and bad maintenance during the repair period. Now going to the interiors, I found the parts of covers were missing which are used to coverup the nut-bolts of windows. When I opened the bonnet, I found the water inlet cup was just an old one and was managed to be some other car's water inlet. Being a victim of such faulty servicing I am just totally disapointed on the particular servicing center i.e. JAGDALPUR MOTORS, GEEDAM ROAD, JAGDALLPUR, TEH/DIST- BASTAR, CHHATISGARH-494001 ALSO I HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS ON THE CUSTOMER CARE WHEN THEY CALLED ME FOR REVIEW REGARDING THE SERVICING, THEY SENT ME A MESSAGE AND ASSURED THAT THE SERVICING CENTER WILL CALL ME BACK, BUT TILL DATE NO SUCH ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN UP. JUST A FAKE ASSURANCE.
